The Story of Luxury India Holidays goes back to 1996 when Vishwas set up the first travel company called India Insight Tours…. Vishwas had by then traveled across the length & breath of the Indian subcontinent for almost 9 years already….. His Traveling bug took him to far flung areas of Nepal / Bhutan & all across India. Vishwas first love of traveling & discovering far of places began at school, where he was already a leader organsing thing for his school mates. Vishwas's first job was for a Travel company which began in 1987 & his first travels took him into the remote Himalayas which till today are still his favorite getaways. Vishwas lead several successful commercial Trekking / Mountain climbing expeditions / jeep safaris all across the Himalayas for several years…. Later he continued his ambition to know & learn other exotic regions of India and its neighboring countries.

Vishwas's never ending desires to learn more & discover more continued.

Finally Vishwas expressed his desire to set up his own Travel Company & India Insight Tours was born. From a modest beginning in 1996 the company grew very successfully with slowly making inroads in Western Europe & later to North – South American markets. The company stood by the policy of providing to clients from all over the world a real holiday & the journey continued…. with eventually Vishwas's father quitting his own very successful job of 25 years to give a helping hand to a growing business… by the beginning of the century it was a fully family run business now, delivering to each & every client there perfect holiday with utmost personal care.
The World Moved into the new century. It was changing & so was India…..With the opening of the Indian Economy & world starting to look at India in totally a different manner, it was time again for the India Insight family to take yet another step forward to set up a new Brand (company) for exclusive & high end Travel into the Indian subcontinent called LUXURY INDIA HOLIDAYS……. This was 2004 …. By this time new hotels of International standards were coming up… The Oberois & the Taj were leading the way… Indian Aviation industry was taking its big leap…& hence after a very thoughtful planning by the whole family a new baby was born…..LUXURY INDIA HOLIDAYS… with a prime objective of giving these to the special high end clients:
